JDM5 MAX 5-Axis

The JDM5 Max 5 axis dental metal milling machine is designed as an open source mill to provide dental laboratory owners with maximum flexibility and versatility in a dental manufacturing system. 

The mill can accept STL files from all dental design software, like exocad and 3shape in the dental nesting software, like WorkNC, Hyperdent and Millbox, and the unique open-mouth fixture can clamp 140x150mm super large titianium square plate, and each square plate can mill more than 8 implant bridges at most, compared with traditional round discs, it can save more than 30% of materials.

The excellent mechanical structure, which uses Meehanite cast iron as the main material and adapts the double supported arm for the fixture to to ensure the mechanical accuracy and rigidity. Also the body of the JDM5 Max is integrally formed without welding, the original accuracy  is still maintained after years of use.
